GOD'S NATION    Revelation chapter 7

Many national groups CLAIM to be "The nation under God", imputing blessedness to themselves, as if God takes sides with a world of traitors appointing rival lawmakers, and building weapons of mass destruction. Such abuse of power and treasonous acts against the divine law of universal love provoke judgment, not blessings. Divine warning is given them at Ps. ch.2; "Why have the nations been in chaos and the national groups themselves kept muttering an empty thing?" "The kings of the earth take their stand, and the high officials themselves have massed together as one against Jehovah and against his anointed one..." (Jesus)

     God himself identifies the REAL "one nation under God", as being spiritual, not political / religious, thru his word.  For instance, to the Christian congregations Apostle Peter said, "But you are a chosen race ( open to all races), a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for special possession, that you should declare abroad the excellences of the one that called you out of  darkness into the wonderful light'. 1Pe.2:9

    Political kings have a long history of  sacrificing their citizens to insure their own wealth and glory. Jesus is the only divinely appointed king because he is the only one who sarificed HIMSELF  for all mankinds benefit.  His 'citizens' are neutral to the contriversies of  the world...

 .. They are NO part of the world just as I am no part of the world.  Jo.17:14 

  My kingdom is no part of this world .. It is NOT from this source. Jo.18:36

  Pay back Caesar's things to Caesar, and God's things to God  Mr.12:17                                meaning pay taxes to governors, but allegiance to God.

     Contrary to political / religious propaganda, Jesus' covenant is with his DISCIPLES to rule with him as king in heaven  Lk.22:28, not with any sword wielding rival POLITICAL / RELIGIOUS kings. His instructions to them is; " go therefore and make disciples of  people of all the nations..... teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you and look, I will be with YOU all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.  Mt. 28:19   They don't try to reform a world  corrupted beyond hope, they invite all so inclined to become  neutral and live by the divine law of universal love.

"When the fire signified all the gems that been chosen were gathered safe inside, the palace doors were closing and scrolls of the Ancient of Days unrolled and names were inscribed, of all who filled his treasury, full and overflowing, glimmering, gold and silver glowing, in the ambience of elegance, the radiance of their  glorious and tempered integrity.    Hag.2.7                                           "DIAMONDS OF DECEMBER"       2005                     

       Having outgrown the pettiness of national divisions, Acts 10:34, God's CIVILIZED nation does not wage war against anyone, no matter what weapons manufactures and their "appropriations associates" encourage. "Though we walk in the flesh, we do NOT wage warfare according to what we are in the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are NOT fleshly but powerful by God for overcoming strongly entrenched things".   2Co10:4   They do not believe millions of soldiers pay the "ultimate sacrifice" so survivors can be "free" to worship God their own way, but  because the world worships Satan, ... Satan's way.  "The things the nations sacrifice, they sacrifice to DEMONS, not to God".  1Co.10:19   God's nation does aggressively engage in SPIRITUAL warfare, against "the world rulers of this darkness, against the wicked spirit forces in the heavenly places", in defense of ALL mankind.Eph.6:12

     But don't "the existing authorities stand placed in their relative positions by God?" [Ro.13:1] Yes, meaning their authority is SUBSERVIENT to God's [ with judgment pending ], and that's only a temporary concession to slow a treasonous worlds  plunge into total chaos, which the rulers themselves accelerate with THEIR wars. That's why GENUINE Christians "obey God as ruler rather than men". Acts 5:29. God's gift of life is sacred and must be safeguarded.

     God's INTERNATIONAL SPIRITUAL NATION endorses Christ alone as Jehovah's divinely appointed king. He didn't sacrifice his subjects for his own benefit, he sacrificed himself for theirs. Jo.3:16

     Jehovah God rewards his nation with eternal life in a heavenly, and earthly realm. At the Last Supper the "little flock" began receiving the divine invitation to be transformed into spirit creatures and join Jesus in heaven. He said "You are the ones that have stuck with me in my trials, and I make a covenant with you just as my father has made a covenant with me, for a kingdom . and you will sit on thrones . Lk.22:28  Prior to this NO ONE had ever been invited to heavenly life. Jesus said "moreover NO man has ascended to heaven but he who descended from heaven, the son of man." Jo.3:13

     Note how multi-national the invitation became after Jesus returned to heaven.

"You are worthy to take the scroll and open it's seals because you were killed and you bought persons for God out of EVERY tribe and nation,  they are to rule as kings over the earth." Rv.5:9 How many kings were invited into the heavenly covenant?

Revelation chapter 7 presents two groups, the LITTLE FLOCK of 144,000 and the GREAT CROWD which no man can number [the other sheep].

     "And I saw and look the Lamb.. And with him 144,000 . and a sound out of HEAVEN... and they are singing a new song.. And no one was able to master that song but the 144,000 who have been bought FROM the earth . Rv.14:1-3

     The importance of their being no part of the world is clarified " I saw thrones and those who sat down on them.. those who had worshiped neither the WILD BEAST OR IT'S IMAGE [the United Nations], and they came to life and ruled as  KINGS WITH CHRIST  for 1,000 years.. this is the first resurrection .. They will be priests of God and of the Christ and will rule as kings with him for 1,000 years. Rv.20:4-6       Incidentally, volunteering for the heavenly covenant is presumptuous and inappropriate, Jesus corrected those who tried. Mt.20:20 ("you men do not know what you are asking for")

Identifying the "other sheep",

the meek who inherit the earth, is simpler.

    "After these things [the 144,000] I saw and look, a GREAT CROWD which no man was able to number, OUT of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before  the throne saying "salvation we owe to OUR God  . these are the ones that come out of the GREAT TRIBULATION. and God will wipe out every tear from their eyes". Rv.7:9-17.

     Jehovah God's real, INTERNATIONAL SPIRITUAL NATION,  GENUINE CHRISTIANS, do NOT become entangled in political / religious webs of subversion,..warring acts of TREASON against the divine law of  universal love. They are not TRAITORS against their neighbors, they do NOT offer up their sons on the alters of war to entertain the god's of child sacrifice. They are conquering Satan's reign of terror by beating swords into plow shears, being fitly united in one mind, conquering the evil with the good, and having love among themselves. Their SPIRITUAL warfare is against the world's common enemy, Satan,  THE RULER OF THE WORLD,  Jo.12:31  in defense of all mankind. THEIR work is inviting all mankind to learn why it IS practical to beat swords into plowshare in a nuclear DOOMSDAY world.

The divine wisdom of this triumph will be fulfilled after the great tribulation and Armageddon, when Jehovah's kingdom comes and his will is done on earth as it is in heaven; "Just a little while longer and the wicked one will be nomore; and you will certainly give attention to his place and he will not be. But the meek ones themselves will posses the earth, and they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."   Ps.37:10   Everyone is invited.
