  The United
Nation's intention is to gather
the kings of the earth under one
roof to settle disputes and delay any rouge leader from unleashing a nuclear/retaliatory, extinction
level event upon mankind for as
long as possible. The UN also provides relief to international disaster
victims to the best of it's ability.
It is a fine example of a "good samaritan" effort to patch the world's
wounds. One Pope even heralded it
as "the political expression of the kingdom of God on earth".
In spite of it's good intentions however, in
Revelation it is called the "image of the wild beast". " And another angel, a third, followed them,
saying in a loud voice; "If anyone worships the wild beast and its
image, and receives a mark on his forehead or upon his hand, he will
also drink of the wine of the anger of God that is poured out undiluted
into the cup of his wrath, " Rv14:9
Why would God not bless the UN's effort to achieve "Peace and
security"? 1Thes5:3
Simply because that's not His administration, and it's members do not
abide by his laws, rather they still vigorously peat plow shares into
ever more deadly swords.
"This he caused to abound toward us in all wisdom and good sense, in
that he made known to us the sacred secret of his will. It is according
to his good pleasure which he purposed in himself for an administration
at the full limit of the appointed times, namely, to gather all things
together again in the Christ." Eph1:8
This is NOT the UN's mission.
Centuries before, God foretold man's final failing attempt at
self government, and the rejection of His divinely appointed king,
Christ;
"Why have the nations been in tumult
And the national groups themselves kept muttering an empty thing? The
kings of earth take their stand
And high officials themselves have massed together as one
Against Jehovah and against his anointed one,
[Saying:] "Let us tear their bands apart
And cast their cords away from us! " Ps2:1
To what have the world's kings lead mankind? Global Garden of Eden?
Or, ....
"Also, there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth
anguish of nations, not knowing the way out because of the roaring of
the sea and [its] agitation, while men become faint out of fear and
expectation of the things coming upon the inhabited earth; for the
powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of
man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. But as these things
start to occur, raise yourselves erect and lift YOUR heads up, because
YOUR deliverance is getting near." Lk21:25
No matter how sincere and hard working the united Nations Security
Council is, it has neither disarmed a nuclear world nor can it prevent
doomsday acts by it's member kings.
Bowing down and saluting this "graven image" of the wild beast
(governments) is an act of treason against God's sovereignty. "You must
not make for yourself a carved image or a form like anything that is in
the heavens above or that is on the earth underneath or that is in the
waters under the earth. You must not bow down to them nor be induced to
serve them." Ex20:4 Lest
the world be mislead into practicing human sacrifice on the alters of
war to other "gods".
The UN is a decoy, a distraction from God's kingdom to come leading
mankind into treason against the 1,000 year reign of Christ.
"They are, in fact, expressions inspired by demons and perform signs,
and they go forth to the kings of the entire inhabited earth, to gather
them together to the war of the great day of God the Almighty.
Look! I am coming as a thief. Happy is the one that stays awake and
keeps his outer garments, that he may not walk naked and people look
upon his shamefulness.
And they gathered them together to the place that is called in Hebrew
HarMagedon. " Rv16:14
(Armageddon does not refer to the location of the war, in the Valley of
Hinnon, but is symbolic of the king's attitudes, rule or ruin. Their
destruction will be global.)
"And I saw the wild beast and the kings of the earth and their armies
gathered together to wage the war with the one seated on the horse and
with his army. And the wild beast was caught, and along with it the
false prophet that performed in front of it the signs with which he
misled those who received the mark of the wild beast and those who
render worship to its image. While still alive, they both were hurled
into the fiery lake that burns with sulphur. But the rest were killed
off with the long sword of the one seated on the horse, which [sword]
proceeded out of his mouth. And all the birds were filled from the
fleshy parts of them." Rv19:19
Their destruction is entirely unnecessary, they
are invited to surrender to God's healing kingdom to come and beat
swords into plow shares along with the meek who will inherit the earth.
Only pride and power prevent them. What organization IS God blessing?
"And it must occur in the final part of the days the mountain of the
house of Jehovah will become firmly established above the top of the
mountains, .... and to it all the nations must stream. And many peoples
will certainly go and say: “Come, YOU people, and let us go up to the
mountain of Jehovah, .... and he will instruct us about his ways, and
we will walk in his paths..... And he will certainly render judgment
among the nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. And
they will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears
into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation,
neither will they learn war anymore." Isa2:4
This is Jehovah God's international spiritual
nation, out growing the world's political/religious divisions, learning
to "conquere the evil with the good". "After these things I saw, and,
look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations
and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and
before the Lamb, dressed in white robes; and there were palm branches in
their hands. And they keep on crying with a loud voice, saying:
“Salvation [we owe] to our God, who is seated on the throne, and to the
Lamb." Rv7:9 ( The lamb and white robes
symbolize the 1,000 year reign of Christ in peace.)
“These are the ones that come out of the great tribulation, and they
have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
That is why they are before the throne of God; and they are rendering
him sacred service day and night in his temple; and the One seated on
the throne will spread his tent over them. They will hunger no more nor
thirst anymore, neither will the sun beat down upon them nor any
scorching heat, because the Lamb, who is in the midst of the throne,
will shepherd them, and will guide them to fountains of waters of life.
And God will wipe out every tear from their eyes." Rv7:14
"YOU are my witnesses,” is the utterance of
Jehovah, “even my servant whom I have chosen, in order that YOU may know
and have faith in me, and that YOU may understand that I am the same
One. Before me there was no God formed, and after me there continued to
be none. I—I am Jehovah, and besides me there is no savior."
Isa43:10
Jehovah's international spiritual nation is
inviting all mankind to discover the real power to achieve peace and
security around the world. "This good news of the kingdom will be
preached in all the inhabited earth and then the end will come".
